BAIDOA (Halbeeg News) – Electoral delegates in Baidoa town of Southwest State have today elected a lawmaker ahead the elections of the parliament leadership in Mogadishu.
According to South West Elections Implementation Team, the re-election of HOP154 seat was held today in Baidoa after the previous results of election was nullified by Somalia’s elections Implementation Team.
Saredo Mohamed Abdalla whose victory was nullified has re-emerged as the winner.
She received an overwhelming vote by a show of hands from all the delegates present.
Her only rival contender, Nastexo Mohamed Yusuf withdrew from the race.
