KISMAYO (Halbeeg News) – Kismaayo (Halbeeg News) – The president of Jubbaland state in southern Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Madobe has extended condolences to the family of Mohamud Mohamed Kulow who died on Friday in Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
Kulow who was elected Somali federal parliament last month during a parliamenyary election held in Kismayu town. He garnered 74 votes to grab the seat.
According to relatives, Kulow died after short illness. The cause of his death is yet unknown.
In a statement, Madobe eugolised the departed lawmaker as a resourceful person, who sacrificed his time for good governance.
“Mohamud Muhumed Kulow, is extensively remembered for his part in the important work of building Jubaland and in various sectors, especially in social affairs where he was prominent. I send my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, and I pray to God to give him water in paradise,” Madobe said.
