MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – Somali government has confirmed that fifty-one Somali nationals have been helped to leave Ukraine.
In a statement, Somali foreign ministry said Somali nationals have safely reached three countries including Germany, Romania and Poland.
According to the statement, forty of these people reached Romania after their documentations were completed while Germany and Poland hosted four and seven respectively.
Ministry said noting it has facilitated 24 Somalis to acquire documentation in the past 48 hours.
Somali government also urged its nationals who were pursuing studies in Ukraine to apply for consideration in Romania, Serbia and Hungary adding they will also receive consular services in the host countries.
