Buhoodle( Halbeeg News)- At least ten people suspected of behind suicide bombing in Buhoodle were arrested in an operation conducted by security forces.
The mayor of Buhodle town, Abdifatah Ali who is a member of a committee appointed to investigate the incident confirmed to media that the security forces are questioning ten people apprehended in a massive security crackdown.
The mayor indicated that officials are among the arrested people during the operation but declined to give details
A suicide bomber in Buhodle has killed two people among a former regional minister of Khatumo state and wounded four others.
The district officials of Buhodle confirmed that a man wearing suicide vest detonated himself at a vehicle carrying former interior minister of Khatumo state, Ahmed Mohamed Dalol and Abdifatah Mohamed Ali, the former head of finance of Hizbul Islam.
There was no immediate claim of the responsibility of the suicide bombing in Buhodle which becomes the first bombing in history, but the government officials normally blame Al-shabab fighters of behind such attacks.
