MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – Somalia and Egypt have agreed to cooperate in sports sector following talks between officials from both countries.
According to a statement by Egypt Sports Ministry, Egyptian Sports, Ashraf Sobhy and his Somali counterpart, Mohamed Barre held talks in Suudi Arabia.
Both minister were in Saudi Arabia for the Council of Arab Ministers of Youth and Sports meeting.
Sobhy and Barre discussed ways to collaborate in youth and sports activities and the participation of Somali youth in the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership program.
