MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – A British man who was accused of endangering public safety and for failing to disclose possession of explosive materials appeared before Mogadishu court; the case is adjourned.
Anthony Thomas Cox, 48, was arrested at Mogadishu airport on January 19, carrying a tear gas in his luggage.
Hearing his case on Wednesday, the court said the man failed to disclose possession of explosive materials appeared before Mogadishu court.
The court has not yet slated for a date for the case.
Mr Cox had been catching a flight to Addis Ababa in neighbouring Ethiopia when security officials found several tear-gas canisters inside his suitcase.
Anthony Thomas Cox, who works for a private security firm had survived an attack by inmates armed with razor blades in late 29th January.
