MOGADISHU ( Halbeeg News) – Somalia’s State Minister for Foreign Affair, Abdulkadir Ahmed-Kheir received Swedish Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Somalia, Staffan Tillander on Tuesday.
The two discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries, in addition to reviewing the latest developments in the regional and international arenas of common interest.
The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation thanked the Scandinavian state for its support to the Somali government and people as an international donor in stabilizing and developing the country’s economy.
Swedish government provides support to the Somali government in various areas in the past years mainly in the healthcare sector.
