Somali Prime Minister, Hassan Ali Kheire has arrived in Baidoa, the administrative capital of Southwest state.
The delegation of the Prime Minister was welcomed at the airport by Southwest leaders.
Mr. Kheire and his delegates were escorted to the presidential palace of Southwest state.
The Prime Minister will be attending the National Security Conference which is scheduled to kick off Sunday in Baidoa town.
Other leaders from the federal government and the Regional States are expected to reach in the forthcoming hours.
The conference is expected to focus on several points including national Security Architecture, national cohesion of forces and the security of the country.
Among the leaders expected to reach Baidoa town are the President of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, Lower House Speaker, Mohamed Mursal Abdirahman and leaders of Galmudug, Puntland, Hirshabelle, Jubbaland States.
The security of Baidoa town has been tightened with hundreds of soldiers deployed across the town ahead of National Security Conference.
