MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – HirShabelle state leader Ali Abdullahi Gudlaawe has dismissed Abdullahi Mohamed Hassan who was serving as the director of the state’s planning ministry.
In a statement issued on 7th of this month, Gudlawe has replaced Hassan with Mohamed Mohamud Abdulle.
“Following suggestions of the minister for planning, Hirshabelle state president Ali Abdillahi Gudlawe has decided to appoint Mohamed Mohamud Abdullahi as director of the planning ministry. Abdullahi Mohamed Hassan was serving the office,” the statement reads in part.
According to the statement, the directive of the appointment takes immediate effect.
The dismissed director has not yet commented on the sacking.
