Leaders of federal government and state members are set to hold High Level Forum on Monday in Somali capital, Mogadishu.
President Mohamed Abdillahi Farmaajo will chair the meeting that will be attended leaders of Jubbaland, Galmudug, Southwest, Puntland and Hirshabelle states.
The leaders will focus on the security situation of the country as well as the National Security Architecture that was drawn last year.
According to Puntland president, Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, the conference will run for two days.
Late last year, Somali leaders agreed joint offensive against Al-shabab following the conclusion of two days Security Conference in Mogadishu.
The security conference comes after one person who was preparing improvised explosive devices died and another one injured after IED they were setting up mistakenly detonated.
The incident which occurred in Dayniile district was said to have killed a man who was trying to set it up.
Somali government did not comment on the incident.
