Dozens of Young Kenyans have been lured into the group after they failed to secure jobs in their country.
The body of the victim who was identified as Abdi Kimani was at a camp in Jilib town, 370km south of Somali capital Mogadishu.
According to sources who spoke to Kenyan media, Kimani was found dangling inside a house in the camp.
He was reportedly unhappy with the training and the condition of the training.
It is yet unclear the region he hailing from, despite being Kenyan.
Reports say two other Foreign fighters have ended their lives recently.
The two who were said to be female fighters died near Afmadow and Jilib towns.
According to Citizen TV based in Kenyan capital Nairobi, the conditions are apparently so unbearable that a large number of foreign fighters will attempt to escape in the first few weeks of recruitment.
“Those who joined recently are mostly affected after joining the militia who use intensive and invasive training techniques such as flooding,” one of the sources told Citizen TV on condition of anonymity.
Flooding is a psycho-therapeutic technique used to treat phobia and anxiety disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder, according to Wikipedia. It works by exposing the patient to their painful memories, with the goal of reintegrating their repressed emotions with their current awareness.
