MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – A joint delegation from Eritrea and Ethiopia will be arriving in Mogadishu in the forthcoming hours, sources confirmed.
Reports say the foreign Ministers from the two horn of Africa nations will be visiting the capital city of Somalia to pave the way for an official visit by the top leaders of the two countries.
A reliable source told Halbeeg News that Somali government officials led by the country’s Prime minister, Hassan Ali Kheire will be receiving the delegation at Adan Adde International Airport.
Hundreds of security forces have been deployed in the city’s main roads with some streets closed to beef up the security.
The advance team is expected to hold separate meetings with Somali officials.
