MOGADISHU (Halbeeg News) – The president of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh has arrived in Mogadishu this morning.
Guelleh and his delegation were welcomed by President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo upon his arrival at Aden Abdulle International Airport.
“Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo welcomed President Ismail Omar Guelleh on his official 2-day state visit to Somalia this morning. During the visit the two leaders will discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual benefit including security, trade, and culture,” Villa Somalia post reads.
Djibouti leader is accompanied by popular Somali singer Hassan Adan Samatar and Ahmed Ali Egal who were last here 30 years ago.
