NAIROBI (Halbeeg News) – Kenyan security agencies have launched investigations into the shooting of former Garissa County Finance executive Idris Mukhtar.
The former Garissa finance CEC is battling for his life after being shot in the head by unknown assailants last Sunday.
He was shot when he had gone for evening prayers at Nairobi’s Hurlingham mosque.
